2020 has been a year like no other! With a global pandemic that continues to affect us with more intensity every day, it has been particularly hard for our children...... Yet they continue to make us smile... Zinnia shares her positive quarantine experience alongwith some illustrations....

'' This year has been a drastic change from the last - online this and that , lot of bizarre and weird things happening ! But I think weird is wonderful !!!

During lock down, I picked up an old hobby that I wish would be my profession in the future- Art.

Of course, when you think of an artist you think about artists wearing berets and drawing perfectly and happily. But in reality, you're sitting in front of the paper, thinking about what to draw, not wearing a beret because you most probably don't own one! Still, knowing that your art is your own- whether you draw cartoons or realism, still life, coloured or black and white- makes you happy.

During the lockdown, my art got better and I feel I no longer have a creativity block. In my spare time I usually draw or watch art tutorials sometimes videos from my favourite you tubers . I also learned digital art and dabbled in some anime drawing. I don't have a particular style right now because I want to try everything!

Another great thing that happened is that I have finished a lot of the books I wanted to read, like The Eragon series, The Percy Jackson series ,The Kane Chronicles series and a few more. I also wrote my blog regularly....

There's so much going on and so much to do! Who says life has come to a standstill?

There,so much to see, to listen , to learn, if you have the will......''
