🍀It was a cheerful morning with the sun smiling bright, the sky a vibrant blue.
Jenny and her family were on their way to Oslo, Norway. Their friends had told them that Norway was a beautiful country with its snowcapped mountains and black forests. Jenny was glad to be on her way to a different place for a while. "It would be nice to go climbing up those high snow peaked mountains and to explore the black forests," she said to herself.
The airplane hummed as it flew among the clouds playing hide and seek. Jenny looked longingly at those clouds begging to be touched! They looked so fluffy!
Approaching their destination, Jenny was fascinated as she saw lightning dance across the sky. She had never seen it that close. She won't be scared of lightning any more!
They were staying in a hotel close to the forests and mountains. After helping her mother to unpack, she went to sleep. The next day, after break fast, Jenny and her parents decided to explore the forests.
In the middle of the day, while trekking through the crooked jungle path, Jenny and her parents heard the wind howling and thunder growling somewhere in the distance. " It might rain. Let's get back to the hotel," father said, and they all walked back. Once inside the room, after a sumptuous lunch, Jenny climbed onto her bed.
Suddenly, she heard a whisper,"Pssst! Jenny! Quick! We don't have enough time." It was Ellie the elf, Jenny's best friend. The bed groaned as Jenny jumped up and pulled Ellie to sit with her. Ellie said, "Jenny we don't have enough time. The next fairy war is looming over Fairyland. The hags, the witches, the ogres and even the giants have accused the elves, pixies, fairies, nymphs, unicorns and dragons of stealing their rose-gold.
They even threatened to declare war if we don't give them their gold soon. We only have ten days to find the gold or else a battle will ensue. Please help us to get out of this horrible mess." Jenny was worried about the world of fantasy being torn apart by a war. The two of them traveled to fairy land with the help of a fairy ring near a tree. They stepped inside the ring and Ellie chanted a spell "As light as a feather we will be as we travel to the fairy sea." In the blink of an eye, they found themselves on Shellfie beach. It was the most beautiful place Jenny had ever seen. There were blue, pink, purple and golden seashells scattered everywhere and the silvery sand was shining in the sunlight. The shimmering waves danced gracefully to the tune of a magical harp that played itself. Jenny was totally lost in the mesmerising beauty of the Shellfie Beach. Ellie nudged her out of her reverie and said,"Jenny! Stop daydreaming! I've been calling out your name for 30 minutes now!" "Half an hour already! Seemed like 2 minutes to me! Time flies when you're having fun, I guess!" Jenny thought. "Okay, Ellie, let's meet the King Kaden and Queen Qiona of Fairyland first and then see what to do!" Jenny said, holding Ellie's hand as they walked towards the palace.
