A pun is a joke that uses the different meanings of words or similar sounding words in a situation to make it funny!
(Dear readers, with this story, we come to the end of the MAGICAL GRAMMATICAL ADVENTURES.
This story also has some of my sketches of the protagonists.

Chai there!
I am egg-cited because I just received an invitation to Jenny Anne's tea party. I believe Ellie the elf will also be there.
Jelly (Jenny Anne and Ellie) were already at the table. They waved at me as I sat down. Jenny said "Kale-come to my party, Zinnia" then Ellie said "Is this is going to be punny tea party?" I replied, ''that's eggs-traordinary .

We all laughed and cracked punny jokes when Jenny Anne said "if a redhead works at a bakery, will he be a gingerbread man?" and then Ellie said "Jenny, if you were a fruit, you'd be a fine apple." I added "And you Ellie, would be a banana as I find you a-peeling."
Just then Jenny's cat came and stole a piece of bread and I said "Look! A pure bread cat !" and we all burst out laughing. Ellie whispered "did you hear about the scoop of butter? Oh I better not tell you, it might spread."

Soon, it was time to say goodbye. I hugged Jenny and Ellie and said, "Jelly, the s'more I know you, the s'more I love you. Thanks for pudding up with me."
"Looks like it going to rain," Ellie said. "Do you know what kind of shorts a cloud wears? Thunder wear!"

Jenny said as as she handed both of us an umbrella "The umbrella was originally called a Brella but the inventor hesitated."
The laughter merged with the rolling, rumbling sound of thunder as I came out of my reverie. The school bus trundled to a halt as we splashed through the puddles to the classroom for our English exam (or egg - jam)!

I smiled to myself, remembering my imaginary friends, Jenny-Anne and Ellie the Elf, who had taught me so much to prepare me for the impending test!
Awesome 😁😁😁👌👌👌
